  Reception at service appeared uninterested in our situation. They wanted to undertake possibly 7 hours of diagnostics at $172/hr!! Same year & model car had over 30k engines replaced with same or similar issues. Mazda would only potentially commit to any financial reimbursement, if the diagnostics were undertaken, up to $1100 dollars value, before any repair done & no guarantee of a refund. Shameful customer service

  The Lismore Mazda service girls are so helpful, I rang up with some questions and they were lovely and helped me find all the right answers. Great to get good help hard to find these days!

  Avoid Lismore Mazda. I've only given one star as you have to give something to post but in truth they deserve zero stars. I had previously had my car seen at Tweed Mazda for a service (and they were fantastic) and was told I needed to order in a couple of parts that they didn't have on hand. I decided to get the parts ordered and installed at Lismore Mazda as they are much closer to me. When I called I asked If they could liaise with Tweed Mazda to get the specific part item numbers and I was told they could certainly do that and would make a note of it on my file, I then booked in a date for the parts to be fitted. I dropped my car off at Lismore Mazda and long story short when I returned they let me no they hadn't done the work as they didn't have the parts needed and I would need to rebook....Lismore Mazda is unprofessional and their communication is terrible. Don't waste your time

  Terrible customer service...
  
  I usually have my car serviced at Brisbane Grand Prix Mazda who are amazing but after relocating to the Northern Rivers I changed to Lismore Mazda. Unfortunately the team at Lismore are rude, condescending and just plan unprofessional.
  I called so many times to try and book my car in only to be told
  "someone will call you back.." No one ever called me back and after 3 attempts I just gave up.
  
  The girls on the phone are rude and unhelpful and seem to not care at all how they speak to you. Its safe to say that I'll be making the drive back to Brisbane to have my next service.
  
  STAY AWAY!!!

  First time going there got stuffed around with them not recording dates and times for a service giving us 3 different quotes wont be going there again.
