Read so many lovely reviews about this property and was looking forward to book our stay there. Visited the website and attempted to book via the online form. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be done due to some website error. The dates have to be manually typed as it’s just showing 2020 and I can edit it. Attempted twice and same issue occurred.
I decided to contact the property and book over the phone. A gentleman answered the phone and advised me to email instead.
I went back to the website and selected the Email option under contact and there was an instruction fill up the online form with no email address on it.
Knowing that I had issues with the online form, I contacted the property and spoke to the same gentleman, Mike. Explained to Mike and before I could finish, he rudely interrupted me and said “I didn’t ask you to use the online form! I asked to you email me for the booking!” I have to ask Mike to pause and shared that I couldn’t find an email address in the website and explained that I was advised to fill up the online form instead. Mike, didn’t apologise, just provided me the email address and ended the call.
