Their download would not load on my kindle. No reply to my repeated e-mails requesting help or a refund.. so today i am going to have to call their US office from the UK which will probably cost me more than the damn book! Very disappointed!

Its strengths are in fiction, new releases and cookbooks. Since they're new, they need to be prodded a bit in what all to sell.
