  Yesterday I visited the service department to get a quote on a 400hour service for the brand new tractor I purchased at Ongmac, only to be told that it would be somewhere around $1000, I asked if they could give me an exact price (no repairs just a service) and I would book it in, this became a problem and as the person I was dealing with tried to answer my questions another staff member, not involved in the conversation and without introducing himself, decided to yell from his deck that they cannot fix the price because it depended on who did the job, I questioned this and his reply was something like "if we send some dumb bastard out to your place it will take longer", WTF? Than he proceeded to ask what I did as if I don't understand how to run a business. Well, Mr Interruption, I have worked for myself for the last 20 years and my priority is customer satisfaction the field is irrelevant. This staff member did not need to throw his useless opinion in to the conversation, the first staff member was doing his best to help and seemed uncomfortable by the interruption. They said they would email me the quote that day and it still has not turned up. There are plenty of tractor mechanics in the region and the parts are available elsewhere, so I have decided to move on and try somewhere else. Your reputation as weak in the service department is growing and I wish you luck trying to run a business with arrogant staff.
