To learn such a traditional system with a modern day feel with southern praying mantis has been inspiring. . The Training is Awesome and I love the family atmosphere within the club..

A family friendly environment with fantastic people to train with, this art is sensational. Having done other martial arts before to a senior level, I can honestly say this art is incredibly rich in style, application and effectiveness. I love the internal aspects as well as the external. You have to try this art to get an understanding of just how good it is.

Sifu Jody really knows what he's teaching and you can tell he loves doing it. Would highly recommend for all ages. Even the kids seem to have a blast in their session.
